Unique, cozy and well lit 1 room apartment in one of the best neighborhoods of Miraflores. Near cafes, restaurants, movie theaters, parks, shops, you will find the nicest places to eat, drink and entertain in Miraflores. Fully recomended for people who like to walk around the city.
The apartment is just 2 blocks away from principal avenues and 4 blocks from a Super Market.

The bedroom has a queen size bed and a confortable size bathroom with bathtub and shower. Bed linen, towels and shower amenities are provided.

Enjoy the view to Huaca Pucllana in our large and sunny terrace! We also have a cute exterior area with a small kitchenette and dining room with all the basics for your stay.

The apartment is unique because of the location, view and style. Enjoy morning coffee in the dining table at the charming terrace, relax on the patio lounge chairs.

The bedroom has a queen size bed and a confortable size bathroom with bathtub and shower. It is naturally lit, but there are roller and blackout curtains in order to have privacy and block external light when desired. Bed linen is 100% cotton fabric. Towels, ropes and shower amenities are provided as well.

You can rent a bike and leave it on the first floor hall.

Guest access:
The apartment is an independent flat, so guests can access the whole property. The common area is just the entrance to the small condominium.

Other things to note:
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a traditional house in Miraflores, with access by stairs, no elevator. You will be rewarded with a charming private large terrace and the view.
We invite you to use the little bbq outside and have a nice time!
We don't have a TV but we are sure you won't miss it :)
The kitchen is electric with two burners, practical and small for the place. The frigobar is small as well, perfect to cool down some cans of beer!
