About this property

There is plenty of room for a family gathering or romantic getaway! It is located in the heart of Dillon, with great views of Lake Dillon, numerous dining establishments, and a covered deck.

You'll also be super close to the Summit County transit line (aka The Summit Stage), which provides easy, free access to all ski areas and shopping!

For all seasons, Lake Dillon (1m) and six of Colorado's world-class ski resorts, Copper Mountain (12m), Breck (16m), Keystone (8m), A-Basin (11m), Loveland (12m), and Vail (32m) have quick access for hikers and cross-country skiers to a variety of trails as well as great biking opportunities throughout Summit County. The outlet mall, Target, a movie theater, a large grocery store (City Market), and many great restaurants are within 5 minutes.

2nd Bedroom - 1 Queen and 1 Twin, and full bath in the hallway!

Kitchen - fully equipped with all eating/cooking utensils, including all the conveniences of home.

nice Dillon condo with beautiful views

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable condo near Lake Dillon. The space was spacious and warm. We especially appreciated the incredible views of the mountains and lake Dillon. The kitchen was very nice and well equipped. The only complaints we had is that parking was very difficult with our large pickup, in the terribly tight parking space with cement pillars. The lack of an elevator can also be a problem as one person in our group has back and knee problems and the 5 flights of stairs were a challenge. Also the carpet was not well vacuumed, and had food and stains on it from previous guests. Besides these things we enjoyed this condo and it was very nice.

Wonderful Property for Ski Trip

This house was in a great location and very well equipped! The owner has a very nice place, and we were lucky to be able to stay here! The hot tub and sauna were awesome too! Thank you!

Nice place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been in this area for over 40 years for mainly skiing. This unit fit us.

Great vacation

Location was fabulous. Views were amazing, spacious, clean; all around great place with everything we needed. Covered parking spot a plus! Only con was wish checkout was a little later.
