Great place to stay, check in and out was easy. She allowed us to check in a little bit early and was very accommodating. One thing to note, there were no hand towels in the bathroom or kitchen, walmart was close enough so we bought some.

This was a nice house, met all of our needs while we were checking out the Richmond area. Would definitely stay here again. The beds were very comfortable, which I appreciated.

This is a beautiful home, only about 10 mins from Fort Lee ( is a straight shot, easy to get to and from). Working class neighborhood. Not much traffic, on a dead end street. Great property manager and communication!

I left the property around 2:30 p.m, September 4th literally the next day after checking in. Unfortunately, I’ve decided to no longer stay at this property due to the safety concerns for my toddlers and myself. Upon arrival, the house had an unpleasant odor, and there were numerous bugs, including carpenter ants, recluse spiders, and even a tiny black centipede. The worst part was the lack of awareness about the surrounding environment, which was plagued by homelessness and drug addiction. Additionally, the trash bin outside was overflowing, preventing me from taking out the trash as requested as one of the check out rules the day my family & I left.

There were a few board games, more suited to a few days stay, lack of baking sheets we bought one. Glass topped table in the lowhich we moved as we kept catching our legs on it. Bed was comfortable. Host did respond when i made her aware that the door knob was coming off, her Dad arrived very quickly to fix it. Front has trash across it. When we arrived both trash cans were full the recycling one was full of regular trash so had not been emptied, i had to ask the neighbors when to put it out.

My stay there was nice and I would stay there again when in Petersburg The floors needed to be mopped they were a bit dusty but my main problem was the overflowing trash can out front it attracted alot of flies and smelled horrible every time we came outside but the house itself was really nice and the neighborhood was quiet with the exception of the gun shots from the neighbor down the street on the evening of July 4thThe host was very friendly and easy to communicate with but I think signage should be posted on the wall about the lock on the door knob because if u accidentally lock it there's no key to get in and you will be locked out and won't have access to get back in
