Super appartement

L'emplacement est parfait, juste entre Rosas et Empúries Brava, la piscine, l'accès a la plage, le parking sous terrain, pas besoin de voiture si on le souhaite, Eduard y Pilar sont attentionné et très facilement joignable. Résidence familiale et plutôt calme dans l'ensemble. Logement bien équipé et propre.

Évaluation de notre séjour à Roses

Eduard et Pilar ont été très accueillants et souples pour notre heure d’arrivée. L’appartement est très propre et bien agencé. Il est idéalement situé pour tout faire à pieds : plage, restaurants, shopping La piscine est à 5 mètres de la terrasse et la plage est à environ 50 mètres. Le parking sous terrain est appréciable car il semble difficile de stationner à l’extérieur dans ce secteur de Roses. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Schöner Urlaub im Spätsommer

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage. Alles da was man braucht. Trotz mangelnder Spanischkenntnisse konnten wir uns mit dem Vermieter ausreichend verständigen. Lediglich bei der Abreise gab es ein Missverständnis, dass aber auch problemlos gelöst wurde. Alles in Allem, schöner Urlaub.

Bien placé et très complet

Appartement propre, bien entretenu avec belle terrasse et piscine à 2 pas. Très complet, au niveau équipement et aussi les détails (papier toilette, sacs poubelle, épices, produit vaisselle, ...). Parfait pour découvrir Rosas et alentours!

Toller Urlaub und super Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen

Sehr nette Vermieter und eine sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung in wirklich perfekter Lage! Es war alles da, was man braucht. Der Pool ist direkt vor der Nase, der Strand plus die Promenade nur ein paar Meter vor der Türe. Herrlich für die Teenies und auch für uns Erwachsene!

appartement agréable

Appartement agréable et conforme à la description. Propriétaire sympathique et réactif en cas de souci. Très bien pour 1 couple avec enfant. La chambre avec lits superposés est une cabine avec puit de lumière venant du couloir, pas forcement adaptée pour des adultes. Le séjour/cuisine est une pièce agréable et spacieuse et la terrasse suffisant grande pour servir de pièce en plus et y passer beaucoup de temps. Très agréable séjour. N'hésiterai pas à y revenir à l'occasion.

Ich habe erste mal bei die seite Fewo Direkt gebucht. Von anfangt ich war skeptisch, erst kann alles andres sein wie im anzeigen und noch weil ich kein Spanisch sprechen kann, aber ich muss wirklich sagen dass war die beste Appartements in Roses welcher bis jetzt haben ich gemietet. - alles war korrekt, die Lage, die Ausstattung - die ganze Appartement war Top Zustand, sehr sauber, gepflegt und alles was Mensch braucht - den Vermieter war nett und mit international sprachen haben wir gut kontaktieren - ich konnte nur weiterempfehlen! Weiter so! Gracias. Saludos!

Una buena elección.

Hemos estado una semana alojados en este apartamento mi familia y yo. Quiero destacar varias cosas: - El trato del propietario del apartamento (Eduard), desde el primer momento ha sido exquisito, por su parte todo han sido facilidades y siempre ha estado dispuesto para facilitarnos cualquier información que le hemos solicitado. - La situación del apartamento es muy buena, esta en primera linea de playa, además se puede ir andando sin problemas hasta el centro urbano de Rosas. - La piscina esta muy limpia y el jardin perfectamente cuidado. - El apartamento esta muy limpio (da la sensación de nuevo), tiene todo lo necesario para hacer una vida normal, tanto mobiliario como menage de cocina. - El garaje esta al lado de la puerta de acceso al ascensor para subir al apartamento. - En el paseo marítimo cerca del apartamento hay varios bares y restaurantes. - Para hacer compras hay varios centros comerciales próximos al apto. (carrefour, mercadona, eroski, etc). - Considero que se trata de una zona tranquila, muy recomendable para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en una de las localidades mas bonitas de la Costa Brava. Espero que mis apreciaciones sirvan a otro usuario, yo también tuve en cuenta el comentario anterior.

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour la période du 05.08.2012 au 25.08.2012. L'appartement correspondait exactement à la description qui était faite sur internet. Nous avons trouvé un appartement très propre, il ne manquait de rien dans la location. La résidence est très bien entretenue (parties communes, jardin, piscine) et relativement calme. Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité de la plage, la possibilité de faire nos courses à pied, le parking au sous-sol pour la voiture..Nous recommandons vivement cette location et nous y reviendrons certainement avec plaisir. Un apartamento muy acertado,muy limpio, una zona tranquila en la que se puede descansar.La piscina la encuentro un poco pequeña para el monton de apartamentos que hay,pero eso esto se soluciona facilmente teniendo la playa tan cerca. Los supermecados y demas establecimientos cerca del apartamento.Tambien pra las personas que le gusta andar un poco , pueden ir a Rosas . O sea que yo se lo recomendaria a mis amigos y familiares.
