Enjoy this spacious 1 bedroom beach walk unit perfect for the whole family. Located near the best pool on our forty three acre property and just minutes from the beautiful beaches of Destin! Enjoy the emerald green waters and sugary white sands of the Gulf. After that, play a round of golf on our 9 hole 3 par course free on us to all of our guest that rent directly. Watch the sunset from the harbor as you enjoy our wonderful onsite fine dining restaurant Louisiana Lagniappe.

*Complimentary access to Sandpiper Cove’s five sparkling swimming pools and three hot tubs located conveniently throughout the property along with charcoal grills, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts and a pitch and putt 9-hole golf course. Two of our pools are heated for your comfort during the winter months. On-premises food, The Sand Flea (beachside Tiki-Bar open March-October) and Louisiana Lagniappe (upscale seafood waterfront dining with a Creole flair, with casual attire permitted.)

The gate is well staffed and they looked for my tag each time I came in to the property. The beach access across the road was wonderful. You can drive and park your car right at the beach. It is accessible only with a code. The room was overall very clean and well maintained. The pool area we went to was very clean also. I would definitely consider staying here again.
