While you're not beachfront & there isn't a fantastic view, the driving proximity to everything Destin can't be beat to live like a local! While we understand that our home may not be a good fit for everyone, we go above and beyond for our guest satisfaction!
**We cannot stress enough for all potential guests to read our listing & rules in full detail before booking, to ensure our place is satisfactory for your needs. While we have created a budget friendly, fresh, upbeat space inside, there are some exterior limitations that are beyond our control-our condos were built in the 70's so are not the "prettiest" aesthetically. We understand that our home is not for everyone & want our guests to have the best experience when choosing to book with us**

When you arrive, you'll walk right in to the living room that boasts a comfortable queen sleeper sofa & an accent chair for lounging. With a wall of sliding glass doors encompassing the living room the natural light is incredible! Our building offers a quiet space, being an end unit, you're away from the hustle and bustle that a hotel or skyscraper condo would have. We've included Roku Tv with cable offered for our guests convenience. Guests can feel free to login to their own media (Netflix, etc.) while traveling as well!
The kitchen area has an open concept to the living room for enjoying your meals and time together. We've stocked this kitchen with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, crockpot, flat griddle, toaster, blender, and a traditional coffee maker & Keurig! If you plan to cook during your trip, we encourage you to bring along any spices, condiments, & oils you may need as we do not provide any perishable or non perishable items. There is a breakfast bar with three barstools to enjoy meals, or even setup your workstation if you're on a "work from home" trip. We do not offer a traditional "dining area" or table.
Directly off the living area you can find our one bedroom with a memory foam King bed with an abundance of pillows for a comfortable nights sleep. Under the King bed are two memory foam twin trundle beds, that easily pull out on either side of the bed. A Roku enabled tv here is perfect for relaxing in bed watching your favorite shows on our provided cable at the end of the day.
The bathroom offers a shower & tub to enjoy baths, soft towels, and plenty of space to get ready in. We've designed this space with the comforts of home & not a cramped & cold hotel feel!
Our laundry room right on the patio offers guests the convenience of a full washer and dryer for use during your stay. No need to visit the laundromat!
We have an easy to use high chair, pack and play, plastic silverware, cups, and plastic dishes for our tiny travelers as well! These items are always at the listing, so no need to request them, pay extra to rent them, or pack them along.
You're in the best spot within our gated community for easy access to amenities as well! There are tennis courts right across the parking lot, just bring along your gear to play to your heart's content. One of three community pools is located next to the tennis courts & as an added bonus this is the only pool that is seasonally heated! A short walk behind the condo building you can find our small lake that offers a quaint feel for an evening stroll. Take an opportunity to peek over the bridge at the abundance of turtles that call this space home! Lastly, guests can enjoy charcoal grills throughout the complex for any meals they'd like to grill out.
A few important things to keep in mind:
-We supply all linens for your stay (to include beach towels). Our cleaners offer a courtesy supply of LIGHT amenities (a trash bag, roll of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, & laundry soap). If you have a trip longer than 24 hours, or are coming with a larger group please plan ahead & bring any extra items you anticipate needing during your stay.
-Due to this being a residential complex, noise ordinances are at 10pm sharp. We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time.
-This is a bottom unit, so there is a potential for noise & any noise from the top floor is beyond our control. If you are extremely sensitive to noise we do NOT recommend this location, please ask us about another location that may be a better fit for your stay!
-While we do host groups 25 years or younger at our discretion, we must be notified before your confirmed booking. We do not host one night bookings for ages 25 and younger at any time.
-Any stay that a house trained pet will be included in MUST be disclosed when booking, as a pet fee of $50 is required. We do not accept more than 2 dogs, and pets must be crated when unattended and cleaned up after inside and out. Pets are not permitted on furniture at any time. ADA recognized service animals are not charged a pet fee, but ESA (Emotional Support Animals) are still subject to pet fee. False information regarding a service animal is against the law in our state, so we appreciate your honesty in this matter.
-We are NOT beachfront, you can't see the beach, you can't stick your toes in the sand from the front door, and you do have to get in your vehicle to drive to the PUBLIC beach access that is 3/4 mile from our condo. We do not have a gated or private beach access at this location. We do provide chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels for our guests to use at the beach.
-This is a mixed community with residential & short term guests alike. While the gated community itself is a "community in transition" with updates to the exterior being improved steadily, we do not have control over any "look" of the exterior of our condo. We have gone above & beyond to create a cozy space INSIDE for our guests enjoyment!
PLEASE read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding!
All guests MUST read our listing description in full before booking. This home is not a good fit for everyone, so we want to ensure you have a great stay.
-Check in time is 4PM CST and Check out time is 10AM CST. Early check in and late checkout is not always possible, but we are able to accommodate on occasion with advanced notice. We do not allow luggage dropoff/leaving luggage after checkout for liability reasons. Please keep in mind before & after your stay is the only time we are able to perform maintenance & cleaning of the home and most stays are back to back with other reservations.
-Our home is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival & we attempt to catch every detail. If something needs attention upon check-in, please notify us ASAP so that we can properly address the issue. Please keep in mind that we are a small business that strives for the best, and that cleaning is done by fallible humans. Although we have a stellar cleaning crew, mistakes happen, and they are happy to remedy anything that was overlooked.
-Please note this is a condo in a building with shared walls with other units, so there is a potential for noise. Any noise from other units is beyond our control.
-This complex is a community in transition. While the exterior of some of the buildings can be intimidating & maybe not what you may be expecting within a gated community (they were built in the 70's) please know that this is beyond our control. The grounds are cared for daily by the HOA. We take excellent care of the interior of our place & if you have concerns please contact us ASAP.
-Trailer, watercraft, RV, and other large vehicles are not permitted to be parked in the complex at any time due to HOA restrictions. Fines related to this are guest responsibility.
-Due to this being a residential complex, noise ordinances are at 10pm sharp. We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time.
- Our HOA has age restrictions for us to rent to ages 25 and up only. If you have questions related to this, please feel free to reach out.
