It was advertised as having 2 bathrooms but it has one bath and a half. The upstairs bathroom sink and shower was only usable in the afternoon. There was no binder with emergency numbers or the WiFi password and the property manager had to be called to be able to access the WiFi.

Thank you for response and stay. I am pleased to report the water/well issue has been resolved as of 7/8. Great point about the wifi. I will have the wifi password for guests. We do prefer to text with guests about access, passwords and any issues.
