You'll enjoy:
The entire cozy luxury tiny home, all to yourself
A private outdoor hot tub just steps from the front door
A short, private hiking trail located right on our property—perfect for a peaceful stroll through the woods
Direct access to the White River, located just across from our property entrance, featuring a beautiful swimming hole that’s perfect for cooling off on warm summer days
Whether you're looking to soak, hike, swim, or simply relax in nature, everything is here for your enjoyment and comfort. We respect your privacy, but are available if you need anything during your stay. We live on the property, but we totally respect your privacy. You’ll have the place all to yourself and we’ll keep our distance unless you reach out. If you need anything—local tips, help with anything at the house, or just want to say hi—we’re around and happy to help! We're located just off Route 14 in Sharon, Vermont, offering both convenience and seclusion. It's a peaceful, tucked-away spot that's still easy to access.
Our main driveway is paved, well-lit at night, and includes a guardrail for safety. It is steep, so please drive with care. The final stretch leading to the tiny home is a gravel driveway designed to maintain the rustic charm of the space.
You'll find a few private short trails right on our property—perfect for a peaceful morning walk, an afternoon nature stroll, or a quick escape into the woods.
There’s also a man-made pond nearby that’s full and scenic in the winter, spring, and early summer. In late summer, water levels may drop. While it’s not suitable for swimming (we don’t monitor water quality), it’s a lovely spot for a stroll, picnic, or quiet moment by the water.
Just across the road from our entrance on Route 14, our property extends down to the White River, where you can enjoy a private swimming hole—great for cooling off in the summer months or just enjoy the sights and sounds. We do host a seasonal RV renter from 5/15 to 11/15, but it won’t affect your access or the peaceful atmosphere of your stay.
During the winter months, we maintain our driveway to municipal snow removal standards, but due to the incline, AWD or 4WD is highly recommended.
If you're not comfortable driving up in winter conditions, you're welcome to park at the bottom of the driveway—and if we’re home, we’re happy to give you a lift up.
We’ve designed this space to be quiet, comfortable, and connected to nature—just reach out if you need anything during your stay!
