The dining area features a table for six, while the breakfast bar seats three, creating the perfect setting for everything from morning coffee to evening meals. The renovated kitchen is a chef’s delight with all new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and fresh cabinetry, you’ll have everything you need to feel right at home.

Retreat to the master bedroom, where you’ll find a king-size bed, a flat screen TV with cable, a relaxing chair, and private access to the balcony. The attached bathroom features a shower/tub combo and plenty of space to unwind.

The guest bedroom boasts two new queen-size beds, a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, a comfy chair and footstool, and its own private balcony overlooking the D/E pool deck—a perfect spot for a little quiet time or morning sunshine.

Additional conveniences include a new full-size washer and dryer, carpeted bedrooms, tile flooring throughout the main areas, and new balcony furniture.
