Welcome to our SurfshackPCB. Beautiful Oceanview condominium with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping 8 people. Just steps from the ocean with a main level balcony to watch the ocean as the sun sets. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite full bath and private ocean facing balcony. The upstairs guest bedroom has a king bed, built-in bunkbeds and private full bath as well. The main level bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom right next door. All bedrooms have smart tv's and local cable is provided. Free early check-in when available!

Sugar Beach is a fabulous family friendly low rise complex! Park in front of the condo, no long walks with luggage and no long elevator waits! Fully equipped kitchen and condo. Washer and dryer, iron and board, free high-speed WiFi, hair dryer, pickleball rackets, etc.

Sugar Beach has a fresh water pond with turtles and huge fish, bbq area, clubhouse, shuffleboard, pool & tennis/pickle ball courts.

Walking distance to Hammerhead Freds, Longboards, Bricks & Barley Pizza, Hershey's Beach Ice Cream shop, PCB Winery, golf, go-carts, shopping, etc.

**Must be 21 to rent due to complex restrictions.

Please note: there is an additional $37.00 fee per parking space that needs to be paid prior to checking in to the H.O.A. for parking passes.

Pet friendly upon request and approval of owner/host. Vet records to be provided upon registration/check in. Pets approved by owner first. $50 Owner/Host Inside Pet Fee. HOA Pet Fee at registration. $80 first pet under 3 days plus $40 for 2nd pet under 3 days. 4 days and over is $150 First Pet, $50 Second Pet. No weight limit. Limit 2 pets per stay. No aggressive full breeds: Akita, Chow, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier and Wolf Hybrid are not allowed.
