Explore Camelback Mtn, attend b-ball games, and visit Talking Stick Resort/Casino, Top Golf, and Fashion Square Mall. Our house is a 2 level w/dual master suites, your own private patio, and large community pool. Perfectly situated for the Valley`s top experiences in Old Town Scottsdale! Grocery store, Coffee shop, Walgreens all within walking distance.

Our 2-bed, 2.5-bath townhouse is newly furnished, providing everything you need for a fantastic stay – from linens, towels, to pots, pans, and cooking utensils – all brand new!
**KITCHEN:**
Enjoy ample open space, a spice rack, 3-person bar stools, and a 4-person round dining table in this open-concept kitchen. Connect to Bluetooth and, if of age, take advantage of the wine bar!
**MASTER 1 KING BEDROOM w/ Bathtub:**
Relax in the spacious king bed, complete with lamps with outlets, a standing mirror, a large walk-in closet, and blackout shades for a restful sleep.
**MASTER 2 FULL BEDS with Full Shower:**
Cozy up in comfortable full beds in a roomy space with blackout shades and a brand-new, beautifully built shower.
**LIVING ROOM:**
Unwind in the inviting living space with a brand-new pull-out couch perfect for movie nights on the mounted TV.
**PATIO & POOL:**
Enjoy the private outdoor seating area for morning coffee and evening relaxing, complete with a grill. A large community pool in the back center of the complex awaits your use. You`ll be provided with a key fab for access.
**LAUNDRY:**
Take advantage of the washer and dryer. Laundry pods provided!
**FREE PARKING:**
Benefit from 2 designated covered parking spots near the back gate for easy access, along with additional free uncovered parking as you enter. Along with free street parking if needed.
**NEIGHBORHOOD:**
Experience a safe area with great neighbors – perfect for a leisurely stroll. This spacious, two-story townhouse is an excellent choice for family and friends, offering comfort and style for any occasion.
SELF CHECK-IN: Custom code will be provided on day of check-in to enter at your own leisure.
Shed in the back will not be accessible.
It`s a charming safe family friendly area. Theres local parks , bike baths, walking distance shops. It`s a relaxed area. The neighbors are all friendly and social!
Getting around in Scottsdale is convenient and diverse, offering various transportation options to explore the city and nearby attractions:.
**Uber, Lyft and the famous Waymo are easy and often always accessible with nearby drivers.
It’s generally easy to get a taxi at the Phoenix International Airport. The airport has designated taxi stands where you can find taxis waiting at each terminal. Follow the signs “Ground Transportation” or “Taxi’.
There are numerous bus stops in close proximity, providing convenient access to public transportation.
Embrace the outdoors by renting bikes or utilizing bike-sharing programs. Scottsdale is the prime location for biking trails. E-Bikes are located all around the city, download the app and create an account to quickly reserve and zip around town on these electric bicycles.
We have 2 parking spots reserved, free guest parking lot, with free guest parking on street.
Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to sleep at the townhouse overnight.
Kindly remove shoes inside house to maintain cleanliness.
No smoking: This covers using tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, and other substances. Please smoke in the parking lot if needed. $200 dollar fine for smoking on premises.
Please refrain from altering or removing security or monitoring equipment that has been duly authorized and disclosed.
Please maintain this place as if it were your own house!
Before departing, we kindly request that all dishes be placed in the dishwasher, and all rubbish be set outside on back patio near gate.
Quiet time 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. Please be considerate of neighbors by avoiding loud noises and respecting their privacy.
Checkout time: Late checkout`s can be arranged (when available) but will be an additional $100 dollar fee and they must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Emergencies happen just let me know as soon as possible :) $150 charge to guest(s) still on property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests. Cleaning crew WILL enter home at 11 AM to clean. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that days base rate (without discounts, this does not grant you access to the property for the day.) If we have to refund another guest due to you staying in the property, you will reimburse us for any refunds given. (Note: any damage resulting in blocking days off in the calendar will result in you paying the days rate for however many days it took to restore the property) .
Please return keys to the wine bar as you depart. Failure to do so will result in fee.
Dogs are allowed for 150 dollars per pet during the stay. No more than two dogs
Hosts are not responsible for any left behind items. Please double check all personal belongings before check-out.
Emergency Procedures: Please refer to welcome guide for contact numbers. Fire extinguisher is in downstairs guest bathroom closet. First aid kit is in the main kitchen closet.
Inform hosts if you plan to have additional visitors or gatherings during your stay. Small gatherings may be allowed with prior approval.
Compliance with Laws: Guest must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay. This includes the 10pm-7am noise ordinance.
Please note: any excessive cleaning required is $50 dollars per hour.
