Located 1 hour from SP, with a beautiful view, in a cul-de-sac, ideal for walking and enjoying a bike. It is lawn, with orchard of lemon, orange, tangerine, blackberry, cherry, acerola, fig, avocado, seriguela, mango, persimmon, banana and cane, has a balcony with capacity for two hammocks, gardens, swimming pool with jacuzzi and waterfall. It is in an excellent neighborhood (Água Preta), with clean air, pleasant climate and direct contact with nature.

INFRASTRUCTURE
It has spaces for up to 6 cars, in the external area of the house we have a brick barbecue with a wood oven / bread oven, gas stove with two burners, refrigerator with freezer and kitchen utensils, in addition to the pool table and the pool. your accessories.

ACCOMMODATIONS
We accommodate up to 14 people for the night. There are 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, each bathroom connecting two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed.
