Charming neighborhood with nice privacy surrounded by beautiful Pine Trees and Mountain foliage. Deck wraps around left side of cottage with outdoor eating area and charcoal grill. Front deck has twinkling lights and porch swing to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Plenty of space for family and friends in the Living and Family rooms, spacious kitchen with eat in dining area. 3 Cozy bedrooms upstairs, Master has King bed with super comfy memory foam mattress. New twin beds in 2nd room and new Queen bed in 3rd room. 2 Bathrooms upstairs and 1/2 bath on Main level. Fire pit in the backyard, Parking in front for 2 Cars.
