Amazing, amazing, amazing! Right in the heart of Waikiki! This is a must if you’re staying in Honalulu! Richard and Monica have everything in this place to feel at home away from home. Beautiful view and so many places around it to go for dining, entertainment or the beach. It’s literally in the best spot in Waikiki!!

This condo is amazing! The view is spectacular, and the location is so convenient to the beach and all the Waikiki amenities. Having a parking space was fabulous. The host's check in instructions were spot on and easy to follow. The condo was clean and the kitchen well stocked. Plenty of room for us. We hope to stay there again!

What a find! We were a family of 6 visiting for the first time. The location was fantastic for everything we did. Short drive to univ of Hawaii, easy walk to beach, great food trucks and shopping within minutes and of course the beach! Owner was flexible on checkout and responsive to all messages. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

The location was better than expected, there are a lot of great things to do within a short walk. The unit itself was great. It was clean and spacious. The beds were fine, the furniture was all in good shape. The view was excellent, really enjoyed sitting out on the balconies. Parking is free and secure, but the spot was tight and right up against a pillar. Keep that in mind when choosing a rental vehicle, it could be difficult to park a large SUV.

A diamond in the rough for our family. Parking included and washer/dryer in unit were a big deal for us. Our kids are at mixed swimming levels, so the proximity to Kuhio’s lagoon and Waikiki’s gentle kind waves are perfect for us.The unit was very clean throughout. The shower/sink toilet/sink set up helped for our five-person family. There are some beach supplies, like umbrellas, boogie boards, and coolers, which was really nice to have.Tips: Target is walkable for staple items, but Walmart is the cheapest we found for everything. We went to Don Quijote a few times for Japanese everything. Notes: The parking spot is tight. We made a Pacifica minivan work in it, but it takes finesse. The shallow end of the pool is 3’.We would truly certainly recommend and would stay in this unit again! We had a great stay.

The view was as described, and overall, the condo was good. The oven did not work. I contacted the owner on the first day with the part numbers needed to repair it. Nothing was down about it. We had planned on cooking to reduce the costs, but not having an oven cost us at least an extra 500.00 since we had to eat out every night.

The stove top and burners worked however the oven did not work. We were unaware of this since no one has used the stove or mentioned it was not working. We appreciate John providing us with the part number but unfortunately we were unable to have it addressed during his visit. We cant really be sure that only the part is the problem so are replacing it. The new one will be installed within two weeks.

Great stay. The condo is spacious, close to a nice beach, with pretty spectacular views day and night, and near lots of shopping and restaurants at all price levels, It’s well-equipped, including lots of useful beach gear. Parking’s a major plus, as are the fast elevators, and in-condo laundry. Pool’s nice, though water’s a little chilly. Owner Richard responded quickly and effectively to questions. Three-bedroom rentals appear to be a rarity in Hawaii, especially Waikiki. It was much nicer to have everyone in our group together, instead of in separate hotel rooms without kitchen facilities. The room with toilet and sink is separate from the room with big shower and sink, and that layout worked very smoothly for 4 adults and 2 kids. This condo’s a block from the Hyatt Regency, and three rooms there would’ve cost over 1000 a night.I highly recommend this condo.

This 3-bedroom unit was fantastic overall for our family. It was conveniently located near Waikiki Beach as well as many different restaurants and shops. Being able to do laundry in the unit and having a pool on the property were added bonuses. We would happily stay here again!

The location was great. Only 2 blocks from the beach. The host was very responsive and gave excellent instructions except for the TV. The kitchen was well stocked. The only suggestion would be to provide extra paper towels and kitchen trash bags. We probable eat in the room more than most people.
