Relax in this gorgeous 2 bed apt in a quiet neighborhood in Little Rock. Convenient location: 6 mins to UALR, 7 mins to UAMS, 2 mins from Target, Starbucks, 3 mins to Chick Fil A, Five Below and Ulta. New Code provided for each guest. Keurig and Teas in coffee bar. The kitchen is stocked with pfas free pots, pans, utensils. Laundry and Dryer is in the unit. Head upstairs to the bedrooms, one king size bed and the other queen size bed. Main bathroom has a bathtub and we provide the small shampoo and soaps. Extra towels present in the linen closet. Bonus is the outside porch area with table and chairs, where you can hang out with friends.

Location is convenient. Parking is nice as well just park in building parking lot and unit is just couple steps away. Has hangout area outside with table and chairs.
