Relax at this welcoming 4-bedroom private home. Pet friendly. We are 5 minutes to I-95 and 20 minutes to PHL Airport. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and attractions. Clean, modern open plan detached house with 65 inch wi-fi HDTV and new deck off kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped--great for preparing & enjoying group meals. Pets are permitted; we have a large fenced yard great for kids and dogs! A new deck and patio provided two outdoor seating areas for summer relaxation.
In addition to 3 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, there is a downstairs suite with a queen futon, full bath (shower) and separate entrance. Great for folks that need a little extra privacy.
Close to Metro service at Claymont Transit Center (2 miles) with trains to Philadelphia (30 min.), Chester, PA (20min.). NYC, Washington, Baltimore, Lancaster County, PA or beaches in NJ and DE. All are less than 2 hours away by car. NYC and Washington 2 hours by train.
4-car driveway plus free parking. Well behaved pets are permitted. The fully fenced and gated back yard is perfect for dogs. And for kids!
