QUIET TIME Please avoid making loud noise between 11 PM and 8 AM.
Sunday bookings, please help us out by placing trash and recycle bins on the street curb SUNDAY NIGHT. Trash pickup is Monday mornings before 8 am

This was our second time to stay here, and we enjoyed our stay very much. This downtown Dallas location is close by a project site me and my coworkers have been working on, so it’s been a very convenient and comfortable place to stay. The place is well-stocked and has everything we need. The hosts are very responsive to our requests and have been flexible and understanding of our project’s shifting schedule. We’ll be back again soon!

The house is conveniently located near a job site for a construction project my company is working on. The property managers were wonderful to work with - very responsive and flexible when my schedule changed, and they were able to accommodate me and my coworkers. We’ll be back to visit / stay when we come back again to finish the project. The house was clean and well stocked. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking to stay in the area.
