Perfect location. We were able to walk to everything. Then house was spacious and clean. Very beautiful older home with tons of character. Parking was close. Communication with the host was excellent, beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels etc. this property had everything we needed

Wonderful location, close to the Old City, the Citadel, the Plains of Abraham, and restaurants and shops. Our hosts were cheerful, courteous and helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. And, they were fluently bilingual. No hesitation in recommending la Suite Versailles.A few qualifiers to the above: i) The steps up from the street to the front door, and then within the house (from the ground floor to first floor) were a challenge to some of our group. (Six of our group of ten were 80 years old or more.) It would be helpful to have the number and relative steepness of the steps noted in the description of the house.ii) There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one down. For ten people, one more would have been very helpful, especially because of the issue of the stairs. iii) Parking worked well, once we understood how to access the parking lot. Finding #525 was more of a challenge -- we were looking for the house number at eye level, not at the first-floor level.

The property was just as described; it was lovely. It’s an old building, full of charm. We were quite comfortable (4 adult females) we each had our own room, beds were very comfortable. The location is amazing. Chateau Frontenac is a 15 minute walk. So many restaurants within minutes (walking). Highly recommend; definitely would stay again.

Property was as described and in pictures. The apartment was spacious and perfect for our group of 8. Common area was great for us to relax in after a long day. There is a parking fee included during booking, but as we did not need it, host was able to refund it back. We were also able to store our luggage at the unit prior to check-in, as well as after check-out as our flight was later that night. We found the host to be very responsive and accomodating. Overall a great stay and will book again. Things to note, and others have mentioned that this is a heritage house so be prepared for things like: 1) floors will creak, 2) bedroom doors may not latch to close, but there are locks to close, 3) main entrance door lock may need a bit of finessing, 4) stairs lean right, 5) railings/banisters are lower than modern standards. 6) one of the rooms is nested in another
