Located in one of the area's most desirable communities, this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath two-story townhome is just minutes from beaches in Lewes and Rehoboth, shopping outlets and restaurants. This spacious retreat features pond, fountain and footbridge views, vaulted ceilings, big bedrooms with private baths, outdoor sitting and dining areas, and a dedicated workspace. And we love dogs! For fun and relaxation, this is the best of both worlds.

We provide all bedding and towels you need along with hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Please bring your beach towels.
The property only guarantees 3 parking spaces, 1 medium-sized car in the garage, and 2 additional spaces directly in front of the garage.
It's a gated community, but no secret code is required. The entry will open automatically when you pull up to it.

Beautiful place in a great neighborhood. We loved being able to bring our dog. Very convenient to Lewes and Rehobeth. Sitting in the covered porch, drinking our morning coffee was the best.!

Our family enjoyed our one week stay at the Hideaway. Loved all the extras, snacks and coffee pods for the humans and doggie treats, bowls and towels for the four legged. The kitchen was stocked with nice pots and pans! Beds were comfortable and the linens were really nice. Would stay here again!

TJ is very friendly and an excellent Property Manager—super responsive! The hospitality is excellent & the home is beautiful and warm with amazing views. Great location; just a short drive from all the local beaches, restaurants and shopping. The only thing missing was an air fryer. Overall, a fantastic choice for a family getaway at the beach!

We had an excellent stay. The property is clean and everything is in excellent condition. We appreciate the small touches from the snack basket to the kid-friendly amenities. The location is perfect, allowing us to explore multiple beaches within a short distance. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well. We enjoyed fishing in the neighborhood’s pond and just walking around. We look forward to returning again.

From the moment we stepped into Footbridge Hideaway we knew our family found the perfect place to spend our 2 week vacation in Lewes. It is comfortable and inviting. We started every day with coffee on the screened porch listening to the frogs and birds on the pond. The area is convenient to everything we love about the Delaware beaches... Cape Henlopen State Park, Downtown Lewes and Rehobeth. Our Grandchildren enjoyed fishing at the pond, watching a family of ducks come through each day and exploring the nature of the community. Comming back to this home each day after an adventure was a pure joy. Cocktails on the porch and dancing to vinyl records is something we will all remember. Very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, Our Host was wonderful.. much love went into their home

This townhouse was very comfortable for our 5 adult family. Located very close to the main artery, it was easy to access the beaches, shops, and all that we wanted to do. The vibe of the neighborhood was awesome, as well. Active and friendly neighbors. The host and owner were also very responsive. Would stay again

Footbridge Hideaway is a beautiful place in a great location . The property manager is very responsive . The house is in a beautiful setting on the water with fountains nearby . I would highly recommend this home rental . It is fantastic in every way .

We had an amazing time! The house was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. The host and property manager were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property. The screened in porch was a hit at night. We loved hearing the water fountains. Very relaxing. Oh and let's not forget pet friendly. My sons dog Jax had a wonderful time. Grateful for the doggie bags and towels. Definitely returning for another family trip.
