Stay in the heart of Downtown Gatlinburg with this beautifully appointed 2-bedroom condo, less than a mile from Anakeesta and all the major attractions, shops, and restaurants the city has to offer.

Walk to the main strip or hop on the local trolley for easy exploring.
The spacious king bedroom features an en suite bathroom for added privacy, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and a living room sleeper sofa for added convenience.

The highlight is the private balcony with a serene waterfront view of the rushing Roaring Fork Creek — perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Inside, you'll find a cozy gas fireplace (operational October 1 – April 1), a dedicated desk for remote work, a built-in bar for entertaining, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and newly updated appliances.

Whether you're here for mountain adventures or downtown fun, this condo delivers comfort, style, and unbeatable convenience. Parking is available for two vehicles only.

Please note: The cottage is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

**To finalize your booking with Red Door Getaways, you must sign a Rental Agreement and provide a state or federal photo ID. We will send you a link to our "Boarding Pass" guest portal via text message, where you can securely upload your ID and a matching selfie. Once these are completed, you will receive access to the property guidebook. Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive the signed agreement and valid ID.**

It was December so the pool was closed but the place was a fantastic location if it wasn’t so cold we could have walked to downtown Gatlinburg. We definitely plan to visit in the warmer months and stay in the exact condo! It was very nice, quiet, clean and super comfortable beds. It got very cold and the host was super quick to get back on how to get the fireplace going.
