White sand beaches... Fine dining and shopping... Exciting fishing, sailing and snorkeling adventures of the Gulf Coast... Marco Island has it all! The largest of the Thousand Islands, just south of Naples, Florida, Marco Island's sunny days and warm temperatures make it the perfect getaway!

Bright and cheerful charm envelops the feel from this recently remodeled bathrooms and updated condo. All tile floors throughout, updated kitchen, WIFI in the unit.

All new furniture and decor, freshly painted and new ac system June 2025

Located on the 8th floor this unit (804) is tastefully decorated with a beachy feel, large tv in the living room, tv in master bedroom, WIFI in the condo. There is a queen in the master bedroom, twins in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The building offers open parking, heated pool and spa and tennis courts. There are beach chairs and towels in the condo.

Short walk to entertainment, indoor and outdoor dining, shopping, ice cream parlor and movie theaters. Sure to be a pleasant vacation for all!

Registration fee due upon arrival at the Sea Winds managers office per car, 2 car maximum

*** Please note these are self maintaining properties and you are to supply cleaning/paper goods for your stay. There will be a small bar of soap at each sink, a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each can to get you started that first day of arrival. You are to keep up with the laundry during your stay and only leave the last days linens for the cleaner on your departure day ***

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Please leave your last days laundry by the washer and take out the trash. Lock all doors including sliding glass doors. Leave ac at 75 degrees
Check out time is 10am Please return the 2 sets of keys to the lockbox where you picked them up located at 950 N Collier Blvd code is 5790
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Unmarried persons under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking or occupying the rental unit unless accompanied by a parent
Registration fee due upon arrival at the Sea Winds onsite managers office. This is a condo building fee and cannot be included with VRBO charges

Enjoyed our stay. Property manager communication was great. Our only suggestions would be to waive/include the parking fee, and add the option of a lounge chair for the beach for those that want to lay flat. We would definitely stay again, beach location was the best! Thank you again for the wonderful week!

Great location on Marco Island - right on the beach

My husband and I go each year to Marco. We love the Sea View Condos because the views are wonderful and the location good in case, we do not have a car. This unit is exactly as listed. Had everything you'd need. There were couple of great high beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for the beach. This is walkable to Sunset Grill (next door) or Stilts for lunch. I recommend this vacation rental!

Location, location, location!

We were thrilled to spend a wonderful week right on the beautiful Marco Island south beach with the sand, sun, waves and sunsets. The grounds and pool were well kept, and the VRBO unit was clean, comfortable and cozy. It reminded us of a well-loved cottage with a familiar, homey feel. All we needed was available including an in-unit washer & dryer. A great place!
