this home is off of Sanford Ave / 46A and Grandview Ave S the drive through the neighborhood is a canopy top of trees that cascade of the road to our beautiful home we have a lane in the front of the home as well as the back of the home but the home is very accessible for our guests to make there way around town and the home is connected the the downtown area or out to the city very easy as we have highway ramps within a short drive from the property you are in the a very accessible area of Sanford Fl , you are also close to the 415 for beach time and close the blue spring and many more the home is perfect for family's vacations or wedding groups or Sports family gatherings even work trips the homes layout is open and inviting and turn allows you to enjoy your vacation without any worries with having the perfect space is very important for any stay with multiple people so we made sure this home sleeps 21+

Or property has a gameroom a beautiful and spacious pool / hot tub area and a golf course! our property is 10 minutes to the boom bah sports complex as well as the airport and zoo and 3 minutes from downtown area and very close to the wedding venues our home is a quiet family road with a very nice serene drive to the main roads of Sanford and downtown area as well as its accessible to highway onramps and you are close to your able to have all your amenities within minutes of everything but also secluded
