Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis, depending on size. **Advance notice is required** to avoid cancellation. A cleaning fee applies based on the length of stay:



* 1–4 nights: \$35 per night

* 5–29 nights: \$250 total

* 30+ nights: \$400 total

To ensure safety and comply with legal requirements, **all guests must complete verification before check-in**. This may include:



* Valid government-issued photo ID

* Verified contact info

* Identity confirmation through a secure platform

* Background check, if necessary

The thermostat is preset to a comfortable temperature range. Only the Host can adjust it remotely if necessary. Guests may request temperature changes, as direct control access is limited.



Each booking includes a $55 Damage Protection Program that covers accidental damages up to $150.
