What makes this property unique

The home was built 77 years ago by Dr. Williams Knox Flowers, Sr namesake of Parkland’s Bluitt Flowers Health Clinic. It was also the home of Retired Chief Deputy Edgar Lee McMillan, Sr, the first black lieutenant, captain and chief deputy of the Dallas Sheriff’s Department.
