Cenic at Tamara Residence Putrajaya
C.E.N.I.C ( Captivating Environment Never In Common ) Our cool, comfortable and modern 3 bedroom condo is spacious to fit 6 person comfortably. It's located at high floor with a balcony overlooking the beautiful Putrajaya Lake with the spectacular Iron Mosque, Seri Saujana Bridge, Suspension Bridge and PICC as the backdrop. It is strategically located nearby Putrajaya administrative central and Putrajaya Sentral with many eateries and amenities just walking distance. Free wifi is available.
Cable TV (Netflix,Youtube,etc) are available.
Muslim Prayer Mat are provided in all the rooms.
The space
Modern, cozy, comfortable and spacious. 3 bedrooms with 1 king size bed, 1 super single bed and 2 single beds ( foldable mattress upon request). It can fit 6 person comfortably. All rooms and living area are fully air-conditioned and fitted with designer fans. Both bathrooms are installed with water heater. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave and oven. Amenities such as bath towels, shampoo, shower gel are provided. All rooms installed with USB port. Master bedroom 2 units. Room 2 & room 3 1 unit each.
Guest access
Outdoor badminton and basketball court. Swimming pool ( only accessible with proper swimming attire. Strictly no t-shirts or track bottom and other clothes )
Other things to note
2 parking lots will be provided. Please park your car at designated parking bay otherwise your vehicle will be clamp by the management.
