Home was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Quiet street and we always found street parking close by. 15 minute walk to Universal Studios and 15 minutes drive to Hollywood attractions. Host responded within minutes to any questions.

Family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this charming house. Good location, with easy access to Universal and Hollywood sights. Parking was not an issue during spring break - we never had to park more than a few car lengths from the front steps. Owner communicated very well.

We booked this place for our family of 5 to visit Universal Studios. It was very close to the park and a lot of local restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. This was an amazingly unique home with a lot of character. The place was clean and comfortable. There is onsite laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, and a well stocked bathroom. Parking is on street and if you return at night, you may find that someone has parked directly in front of the property but we had no issues parking close to the property. Check is was seamless and the keyless entry makes it easy to manage with a family of 5. There are a lot for stairs leading up to the property which may be challenging for some but a very fair trade off for that Hollywood Hills vibe. Great place and we would definitely return!

Host was very communicative and helpful. Property was in a great location for visiting Universal. We stopped at Ralph's on the way to grab groceries. We did not have any issues parking in front of the home. Be prepared for a steep climb up the road to get to the property and also a steep climb up the stairs to the home. The home was comfortable overall; however, there is limited comfortable seating in the living room which made it hard for my family to enjoy watching a movie together while we were there. The bathroom is beautiful and the shower is huge but a little slippery and it was hard to get the controls right. Front yard needs a clean-up. The home met our needs for our trip and the host was great on communication.

The home is very nice we enjoyed all the little details. Overall the stay was nice the parking is a little rough. My only complaint is I really wish we were able to park in front but there are a lot of cars parked along street and there is no designated spaces it is all first come first serve and there were 2 cars parked in front of the house the entire stay. The neighborhood does seem nice and safe. We ended up parked a ways down in front of another house the entire stay. The host was very responsive and overall it was a wonderful stay. Thank you again.
