Construction Updates

The resort will be undergoing multiple renovations from July 14 through Oct. 3, 2025.



Refurbishment of our Enclaves Fitness Center will occur Aug. 11, 2025, through Aug. 15, 2025, and will be closed during this time. Our Golf Clubhouse fitness center is expected to remain open. Please anticipate construction noise during business hours.



Please note that the Enclaves Snakebites Lower Deck Pool and Spa will be closed for refurbishment from July 14 through July 17, 2025. During this time, the Enclaves Snakebites Upper Deck Pool and Spa are expected to remain open.



From July 21 through July 24, 2025, the Enclaves Snakebites Upper Deck Pool and Spa will be closed for refurbishment. During this time, the Enclaves Snakebites Lower Deck Pool and Spa are expected to remain open. Thank you for your understanding as we make these important updates.



The Chuckwalla Lounge Pool will be closed for refurbishment from Sept. 8 to Sept. 12, 2025. During this time, the Chuckwalla Family side, splash pad and slide, Snakebites pools, and Roadrunner pools are expected to remain open.



The Chuckwalla Pool Slide will be closed for refurbishment from Sept. 15 to Sept. 19, 2025. During this time, the Chuckwalla Family Pool, Lounge Pool, and splash pad, Snakebites pools, and Roadrunner pools are expected to remain open.



The Chuckwalla Family Pool, Family Spa, Lounge Pool will be closed for refurbishment from Sept. 22 to Sept. 26, 2025. During this time, the Chuckwalla Lounge Pool, Snakebites pools, and Roadrunner pools are expected to remain open.



The Roadrunner Pool and Spa will be closed for refurbishment from Sept. 29 to Oct. 3, 2025. During this time, Chuckwalla and Snakebites pools are expected to remain open. Thank you for your understanding as we make this important update.



Cashless Resort

Limited cash is accepted at the Front Desk. Credit cards and room charges are the only acceptable forms of payment at other locations.



Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Pets are NOT allowed.



Emotional support animals and comfort animals are not recognized as assistance or service animals under the law. Fraudulently representing a dog as a guide, signal or service dog is a crime under California Penal Code 365.7(a).



General Property Updates



- Marriott’s Shadow Ridge endeavors to support our community through a unique and thoughtful donation campaign called “Donating Socks Rocks.” Our goal is to partner with Owners, guests, and associates to gather 10,000 pairs of new socks throughout the year to donate to various local shelters, community centers, and the like. Please assist us in donating any new or packaged socks by dropping your donations off at the Front Desk during your stay. Both Marriott`s Shadow Ridge and the community thank you!
