The large 130 year old house and barn sit on 8 private 8 acres of hilltop surrounded by 100s of acres of Wisconsin farmland and woods, with views from 3 separate porches. There are also walking trails all over the property and the quiet road is perfect for a jog or bike ride with little to no traffic. A fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating make it an amazing place to sit with family and friends to stargaze. Sections of the walking trails even have lights for a nighttime hike or stroll. Local wedding venues are only 1 mile away, and wateroo area is only 15 min from sun prairie and 45 min to the furthest point downtown in Madison!
With 2 queen beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 full bed, and 1 bunk bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The farmhouse features 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, as well as a private makeup seating area for the girls to get ready, along with amenities like a hair dryer, iron, small consumables to help if you forgot something. Brand new central air and heat through the entire house. There are also 2 large living room spaces with sectionals and sofas for extra comfort and new TVs for watching movies. A new kitchen with real beams in the ceiling tell you your in the country but the new granite island, updated appliances, coffee area, seating for 3 and a tv in the kitchen make it feel like home. A full dining room with beautiful table, seating for 8 and a buffet allows for games and dinners together. And a brand new laundry room with front load washer and dryer!
