The host rates a ZERO for communication. I sent messages 3 days in a row, listing multiple issues and asking for a phone number to communicate, but never received any response. Issues included:1. Almost half the lights in the rental didn't work. It may have been as simple as changing bulbs, but I'm 72 years old with poor balance, and wasn't climbing up on a chair.2. Sketchy neighborhood. Loud rap music at any hour and roaring unmuffled engines at any hour as well.3. Hard wooden chairs in dining room with no cushions.4. No topsheet for blanket in bedroom. 5. No salt or pepper to season food. 6. No tissues anywhere in the unit.

Hello Ron, I’m not completely convinced you know your way around this app. Any message I would of received from you during your stay would of automatically went through my phone via text AND email. Vrbo also calls and emails if a guest is left without a response for too long after reaching out. I assure you I would of responded if you did reach out. My apologies if you struggled with so many problems that could of been resolved with communication. 1.There are remotes that control the lights. 2. There is plenty of toilet paper in the bathroom closet 3. There is extra sheets inside the dresser. 4. There is salt, pepper and extra seasonings like garlic inside the cabinets. As far as the neighborhood, it’s never been a problem with most guests.

Very spacious apt and close to everything down town. If you didn't mind the pitter patter of very active little feet above you, then a good place to stay.
