About this property

Cosy apartment in the heart of Alicante

Beautiful and newly refurbished apartment in the very heart of Alicante. It has two bedrooms (queen size bed in one room, two singe beds in the other room), one bathroom, and a living room with a lovely open kitchen. The living room has a balcony with a pleasant view of the castle, the old quarter and the sea. The perfect spot to have breakfast under the delightful morning sun.

The apartment has all the amenities to make you feel at home: dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, hairdryer. There is a powerful air conditioner in each room for the hot summer months, and a central heating system for the short winter period.

The apartment is spacious and ideal for four people, but it can accommodate two extra people (up to six) in a double sofa-bed in the living room. Despite being in the city centre, it is very quiet inside the apartment and it has lots of natural light.

The apartment is in the best location in downtown Alicante. You can walk:
- 8 min to the beach, through the beautiful old quarter of the city.
- 2 min to the Central Market, with local fresh fish, vegetables and fruits.
- 1 min to the tram, which can take you to lovely beaches along the coast.
- 1 min to a large underground public parking.
- Literally tens of restaurants and bars within 5 minutes’ walk.

Stayed 5 nights in this apartment. It is in a perfect location within walking distance of all the sights. Supermarket and bakery nearby. We were very comfortable, lovely beds and a fantastic shower. Excellent apartment for extended stay; convenient location

We stayed in this apartment for two months at the beginning of 2024. Overall, our experience both living in the apartment--and communicating with our local host--exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the location was ideal for a variety of reasons: specifically, the proximity to shopping, transit, and dining was awesome. The appliances all worked as advertised (stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, vacuum, etc.). In the kitchen there were sufficient utensils, dishes, etc. to settle in as a "resident." All of this made the apartment very nice for a longer stay (such as ours). Most importantly, our local host was incredibly responsive. She was quick to answer questions, address issues as they arose, and she even provided a great list of things to see and places to eat--which we made the most of!

Visiting Family in the heart of Alicante

The apartment is awesome. The description "Alicante City Centre" is super appropriate. A hundred meters to the market, a few hundred meters to old town. Literally on top of the subway (tram) entrance and quick access every bus. We loved the Castle and Old City view from the balcony. Our host was excellent
