We had the best time in beautiful Monterey, this house was perfect!! The kids loved it, the dogs loved it, the parents loved it! Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood, next to the coolest park I’ve ever seen too! We can’t wait to come back next year for another family get together.

The property has an unusual layout (a floorplan would have been helpful.) There are a few minor issues (drawer missing a pull, another dresser drawer would not close, couldnt find a salad bowl in either kitchen, etc.). The pigeon crap EVERYWHERE outside was an issue as we could not use the patio or yard. For such a big party it worked out well for us and the host was great. We would go back.
