Beautiful place at Casa de Golf and our hosts, Peter and Pauline, met us on our arrival to show us the house and get us acquainted with the area, which was very much appreciated. We loved the Reserva Conchal member privileges, beach, pool, and restaurants, and will be back to that area in the future for sure.Thank you Peter and Pauline for an excellent stay!

Very nice spacious property with a beautiful pool and patio area. The kitchen was very large with the latest appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer & dryer) as well as a large table capable of seating the entire family. The secondary TV room upstairs was a plus, and the Property Manager, Edgar, was very attentive to our needs and proactive in offering assistance. The only opportunity for improvement would be a more comfortable sofa in the living room area for viewing TV in the evening.

Fabulous house.,Fantastic location

What a wonderful holiday. Reserva Conchal has a lovely laid back vibe with great restaurants and pool and a perfect beach. The house is big enough for all of use and plenty of room for entertaining.

Huge house with nothing in it. Terrible furniture, ac in master didn’t work, no kitchen items to cook. No soap in washrooms. Looks like nobody has been in the place or upgraded since before covid

We spent over 100 thousand dollars at the beginning of the year on refurbishment. This included new dining room seats, new televisions, new beds, new mattresses, new bedside tables, new irrigation, and repainting. I think i am being punished here for insisting you paid for the extra night in the face of your initial denial that you were there!

The house is beautiful. They left the gas tank empty and we could't use the grill for our BBQ, but other than that, we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Casa amplia, con buenas comodidades y bien equipada Tiene algunos detalles de baños, grifería y muebles que ya están un poco deteriorados, valdría la pena hacer algunas remodelaciones, ya se le notan los años a la casa.
