It features 2 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, AC, heating, and access to a fitness room and pool. Only ten minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, you'll pass 100's of amazing restaurants nearby before checking in. It's in a very walkable area - anything you could need is within a block or two. Please throw away all trash in the dumpsters, which is on the north side of the building.
Please load the dishwasher and start the dishwasher before you leave. Also make sure that the pool key is left hanging on the hook by the door.

Excellent communicate and it was exactly as advertised! We had a weekend of events at ASU and it was a quick walk with several restaurants within walking distance as well.

The condo was great, the pool was cold, but probably hadn’t had time to warm up. It did mention a hair dryer, wasn’t able to find that. Was in a great location, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Just bring a noise machine as there is a lot of construction- beep beep early morning. The master mattress needs attention.

Host was very responsive to messages. Good location! Easy walk to ASU campus and Mill Avenue. The condo is well equipped with a coffee pot, air fryer, utensils, bowls, measuring cups, etc. There are also plenty of towels and paper products. The washer and dryer are very handy too. The unit is clean. The negative was the noise outside the complex due to a nearby construction project with work beginning as early as 6:15am. Overall great stay!

The condo was missing things when we got there. No hand soap, body wash, or blow dryer. The host responded promptly and sent missing items. Bed on the right bedroom was terrible. Bed was super squeaky and uncomfortable. Comforter had stains on it. Made it hard to sleep with the noise. Workout room and pool were pretty sub standard and dirty.

This place was prefect for our needs on this trip. We pretty much just slept there while we were visiting our high buddy. Clean and safe area. We didn't use the kitchen to cook, but everything was there if we needed to. No complaints. Will stay again if available next visit. Lindsay was Awesome to work with!!
