We had our extended family of 10 staying here and everything worked out well. Very responsive host and the house was very clean and well-equipped. A very spacious kitchen that had everything that we needed for our group. It was fine for our group but note that there is an exterior staircase that you need to climb which could be a factor for those with any limitations on mobility.

I look forward to staying here again! Adam was very responsive, polite and accomodating. He parked on the street so my car could be parked in the driveway, and offered to get groceries for us as well. The home is beautifully decorated and was very cozy! It was extremely clean. I have stayed in several VRBO's and can confidently say Adam has been the best host. Thank you so very much!

Adam was very responsive to all our questions and accommodated all of our requests. The facility was clean and even more beautiful than the photos show. The beds were comfortable. The water was hot. The big screen TV in the fireside room was almost like being in a theater.We did not really cook, so I can’t comment much on that. But it looked like everything you would need is there.

The home was nice for our family with plenty of bedrooms to choose from. Close to many adventures in the Faribault area. We enjoyed some of the available games each evening with our teen kids as well. Beautiful home.

Why they chose this property

This is one of the nicest and most quiet neighborhoods in Faribault. Very close to Shattuck-St Mary's, I35, and less than 10 miles from Carlton and St Olaf colleges.

What makes this property unique

This is a completely remodeled 1920s home. Much of the original character remains along with a ton of great quality of life upgrades
