This was the best place to spend time with family! We had a great time reconnecting and exploring the area! The accommodations were excellent! We particularly enjoyed the sunsets each evening from the deck and watching March madness in the theatre room. Would definitely book again!!
This property was clean. Everything was stocked in the kitchen that one would ever need. The hostess communication response was quick and friendly. No check out “duties” are required, ie, strip the beds, start the washing machine etc. Extra toiletries were provided as well as detergent for the washing machine. This is the first vrbo that provided extras. I’d stay here again. I’d give this more than 5 stars if I could.
The home you never knew you needed. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with VRBO; and they've all been good. Our host was amazing and easy to communicate with; the property is beautiful and perfect for a board game get together, modern amenities with stunning views. I am already trying to figure out when some of us can return when cooler so we can take advantage of the nearby state park. 10 out of 10;
Stunning house in a beautiful location. This house is a gem! The house was spotless and had everything one needs for a comfortable and a memorable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the pots and pans new and unscratched. The balcony terrace overlooking the valley surrounded by nature is one of our favorite things about this place. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely love to stay in this house again! Highly recommend renting this house- it’s one of the best we ever stayed in the whole world (and we travel all over the globe)!

We’re so touched by this wonderful review! Hearing that you found our home one of the best you have stayed in truly means a lot. We love sharing this space and its peaceful views, and it’s such a joy to know it felt special to you. We hope future guests find the same sense of comfort, beauty, and calm during their stay. We look forward to hosting you again in the future.
We had an amazing stay over Thanksgiving week! There was plenty of space and comfort for our whole family, and the views of the mountains were absolutely amazing—we loved watching the sunsets each evening. The theater room was a huge hit, especially enjoying Christmas movies with the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked and spacious, making it easy to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. We also spent countless relaxing hours on the back patio around the gas fire pit, making special memories and enjoying much-needed family time.Thank you for sharing your wonderful home and helping make our 2025 Thanksgiving the best yet. We’re already planning to stay again and look forward to our next visit!
We had a fantastic stay! Kat is an amazing host and made our experience even better. Communication with her was excellent from the beginning—she shared all the details clearly and was very patient in answering all our questions. She also went the extra mile to help us find possible discounts, which we truly appreciated.The property itself is awesome. It is very clean, beautifully designed, and has incredible views. The scenery around the house is stunning—the backyard views are peaceful, and the front side feels like a true countryside setting with green fields and cows grazing nearby. It was such a relaxing atmosphere.Our kids absolutely loved the place and had a wonderful time. You can really see Kat’s great taste in the way the house is designed and maintained.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property. Thank you, Kat, for being such a friendly and thoughtful host!
The host was great and super-responsive to all of our questions prior to booking! That being said, the house itself was really lovely; we appreciated that there was a crib & high chair available, as we did have a baby with our group. Hot water was readily available & the water pressure was great, even with multiple people showering at once (we had a house full of girls!). Things that might make your stay easier... there is no filtered water available, so if that's important you would want to bring your own water bottles. Also, the thermostat was locked, so if you needed to adjust the temp in the house, you would have to text the owner (although we were able to adjust the temp in the theater room). Overall, a great house with beautiful views!! Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the house, the views, and the family-friendly amenities.
Just to clarify, the house temperature is controlled by the single thermostat in the theater room, which manages the entire home. Guests are able to adjust the temperature within the range, so the house stays comfortable throughout your stay.
It was a pleasure hosting your group, and we’d welcome you back anytime!
What a fantastic stay we had. The setting couldn't be more beautiful. We were absolutely in awe of the glorious Georgia mountains. The yard was a work of art and such a wonderfully peaceful addition to this property.We loved the theater room and the directions on how to utilize the fans, TVs and big screen. We had everything we needed for our stay and I would definitely stay again. Finally, Katlin was a wonderfully responsive host!
This property is a rare find....beautiful view, quality furnishings and bed linens, well stocked kitchen, amazing back deck with gas firetable, beautiful landscaping, and so much more! The one level with 4 ensuite bedrooms makes it a perfect stay for a family or couples. Its location is very convenient to Cloudland Canyon, The Canyon Grille, Lookout Pizza, and McLemore resort. We're somewhat local so we're in the area often and we highly recommend this home. The host was extremely attentive by checking in with us during our stay but everything was flawless so there was no need for a lot of interaction. The host has done a great job of documenting the property and leaving detailed instructions for amenities like the theatre room and outdoor firepit. We'll definitely be back and recommend this property highly. Check out the new Trailhead restaurant on hwy 136 close to the Canyon Grille. They opened in April and we had a lovely breakfast and lunch at this establishment during our stay. They are attentive and kind owners.
