This property is a one week rental of a 2 BR / 2 Bath condo that we own at the 7 Mile Beach Resort. It is tucked away in a garden setting on Grand Cayman's famous 7 Mile Beach! It features a reserved section on 7 Mile Beach, a swimming pool with two waterfalls, a spa/hot tub, and a spacious sun deck. Scuba diving is available right from the resort or from the resorts own boat “7Milediver”. The resort is set back about 100 feet from 7 Mile Beach assuring privacy and quick access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The condo features large living and dining areas with a private screened-in porch.

Our timeshare is a floater, so I can try to change it to another week in 2023 (other than Christmas and New Year's week) if that particular week has an opening. Please let me know what weeks you are interested in and I will check availability for you.

The condo is beautifully furnished and equipped with two televisions and a DVD player. The unit has central air conditioning and all rooms, including the balcony, have ceiling fans for those who prefer a tropical breeze. Also available to active visitors is an on site tennis court, full service PADI dive shop and the services of a full time activities director.
