Windsor Palms Resort 3br/2ba Condo

Expect to be impressed with this remodeled/redecorated condo, overlooking the retention pond/greenbelt !

The three bedrooms sleep 6 people comfortably. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and a full bathroom en-suite. The Queen bedroom also has access to en-suite facilities, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Cable TV is provided in all three bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge (with ice maker), stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender. All dishes, glassware, cookware, and cutlery is provided.

The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board are provided.

Free wireless internet access is provided.

All linens and towels are supplied. Hairdryers are provided in each bathroom.

Please note: This unit is on the 3rd floor and is only accessible using stairs. There are no elevators in the condo buildings at Windsor Palms.

Beautifully decorated condo

Great experience! Would stay here again. Wish the water was a few degrees warmer. Also, the headboard wasn't attached in the master and made for a creaky bed anytime you made the slightest move. Again, not a deal breaker at all, as we would stay here again! Beautifully decorated!

Nice condo and close to Disney

We spent a week in Mickey's backyard and loved it. The condo is very cozy and quiet. The only slight drawback is no elevator since it is on the 3rd floor. No big deal to us though.

Nice BIG unit!

It was great having three bedrooms for our extended family group. Beds were comfy, we slept like rocks! Unit is clean and nicely decorated and has everything you need.

Great Location to the parks!

Pros: We enjoyed the convenient location to Disney World. The condo itself was clean, however it could use some updating. There is a nice Keurig in the kitchen. Plenty of towels, washcloths for us. 2 rolls of TP per bathroom. One roll of PT in the kitchen. The balcony is cute with it's own ceiling fan. Cons: The appliances are dated, the bathroom shower rods have a little rust on them. The master bath has a ceiling issue that needs attention. We also saw some baby bugs on 2 different days in the unit. They could have come from outside or another unit. I did contact the property manager and they stated they would call pest control. So, hopefully the next guests won't have this issue. Tips: Bring your own dish soap for the kitchen. The condo is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator. Not an issue for us, but may be so for strollers, small children, or elderly.

It was a great stay. The only thing that was alittle sucky was that our rental was on the last floor and there is no elevator. Bringing up the luggage and groceries plus a baby was a struggle!

Enjoyed our Extended Stay

My college aged daughters and I stayed in this condo for an extended stay while waiting to move in our permanent home. The owner was quick to respond to all inquiries and was easy to work with. The unit was exactly as the pictures show. The location is very close to the entrance to Disney parks, so that's a plus if that's the reason for your visit! There were several restaurants and shopping (Wal-Mart) nearby as well. The condominium complex was taken care of and clean. We had one issue with the refrigerator that came up while we were there and we had to wait on the management company to repair it, but otherwise there were no issues with the condo.

Clean and spacious

We were in town for the cheer summit at the ESPN sports complex at Disney. Proximity to Disney was excellent. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. The unit itself was very clean and had plenty of linens. This unit was very spacious and quiet. I enjoyed being on the third floor because it was quiet.

Family Vacation

Loved staying at the condo during our family vacation. The owner was very promt with answering questions and very nice. Definitely got a workout on the stairs, but we loved it. Only inconvenience was the very slow drains in the showers. Overall was very nice. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

Quick trip to Disney

We stayed at this condo for 3 nights. It was a great location for disney parks! It was clean and had all that we needed! Beds were comfortable. Our kids also enjoyed the large pool, arcade and basketball courts. We recommend and would return to this condo if we are in the Orlando area again.

Lovely condo!

We spent 4 nights in this condo in March 2019. It was very clean and spacious, just as pictured. Please note that this is a 3rd floor condo, and there are no elevators. We had a problem with the dishwasher, for which a maintenance worker was sent out. However, it was never fixed. We didn't have much need for the dishwasher for such a short stay, but it would have been problematic for a longer stay. Overall, we were very pleased with this condo and would stay there again!

We had a pleasant stay at this property but It wasn’t the cleanest place. The shower courtains have mold as well as bathroom taps. Also the dishwasher has stagnant water that smells really bad. We’re not able to use it.

This was a great property in a great location!

This property had everything we asked for and more. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Only 20-30 minute drive to the different Disney parks and SeaWorld. The club house was very accommodating on our rainy afternoon with many options to enjoy.

Excellent property. A real home from home. The condo had everything we needed.

A very spacious condo for my wife, daughter and myself. Would easily cater for 6 people. The apartment had everything we needed. The pool, gym and small shop were only 3 - 4 minute walk away. Very convenient to the theme parks, just a 30 minute drive and only 10 minute drive from Walmart and a range of restaurants. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone visiting Orlando. Only small negative is the condo is on the third floor, not a problem for our family, but for more elderly residents it could be an inconvenience. But as I say for our family not an issue.

Nice 3rd Floor Condo in Wonderful Resort

This was our fifth year staying in this 3 bedroom Condo. Gated Community near Kissimmee and Disney World. We really like the 60 seat movie theatre, and the outdoor pool which is just a short few minute walk. But the one main thing we really appreciate is the Owner as we have never met such an obliging and kind person. You will really like this condo.

Such a pleasant stay!

We stayed here for a week during our Disney trip. This home was beautiful. Everything was spotless and the beds were super comfortable. It was also conveniently located near all Disney parks. We were all very pleased with our stay here and would recommend it to our family and friends.

Perfect stay for families.

Beautiful place!

Truly an amazing vacation spot that is safe, quiet, and close to Disney World. The condo was clean, organized, and beautiful; a true home away from home. Although climbing 3 flights of stairs is not easy after a full day at the parks, it was worth it to be abke to relax in such a nice place. Would definitely stay again and recommend!!!

Great stay in spacious condo

We just stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and spacious. We had 4 adults and 2 children, and there was plenty of room for us. The condo had everything we needed, and even included dish and laundry soap. The check in process was very easy and explained well before arriving. Mike was great (and quick) at answering all my questions before our trip. The condo was about 10 minutes from the parks and was close to stores and food. We didn't use any of the community amenities, but they looked really nice. The only complaint we could find was the sleeper sofa was not very comfortable, but the couch itself is. So just making the couch up into a bed worked for us. It probably would've been fine for a child, but for an adult it was a little uncomfortable (but I guess most are anyways). Other than that the condo was great, and we will definitely stay again the next time we go to Disney!
