We were very disappointed with the condition of this property upon arrival. During our walkthrough we immediately noticed that the kitchen and bathrooms had not been properly cleaned, and the pool was also in poor condition and clearly had not been serviced. When we contacted the host, they initially stated the home and pool had already been cleaned. After we provided photos, they apologized and sent cleaners the next morning, who arrived very early and were not particularly professional. By that point, we had already purchased our own cleaning supplies and cleaned one of the bathrooms ourselves.We also encountered roaches and ants during our stay, and some food items left in the home were expired and infested with ants. The listing advertises the property as a “luxury” four-bedroom with ensuite bathrooms, but the overall cleanliness, maintenance, and pest issues did not reflect what we would expect from a luxury property. Unfortunately, the condition of the home did not match the description in the listing.
