Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location for any type of traveler. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.

Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the first floor, and facing the Greenbelt! Recently upgraded with tile flooring, new countertops, and cabinets. Furnished with a king size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!

The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. While at Scottsdale Park Suites, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable (HBO included).

Our community features a gorgeous, large outdoor community space with a fireplace, abundant seating, bocce ball and other outdoor lawn games; 3 grilling stations, heated pool and hot tub, additional seating areas and misters for those warm Arizona days.

We are a smoke-free community.

Scottsdale Park Suites takes all steps to provide a clean home for your arrival. Rooms are cleaned, disinfected and sanitized between guests.

Furnishings in photo may vary slightly from actual unit. Suites are ran with a boiler/chiller system which means they either provide heat or cooling- they are not equipped to provide both at the same time. Seasonality may bring weather that fluxgates day to day. During these times we recommend taking the extra steps to keep your suite cool/warm as possible.

Beautiful grounds. Very comfortable outdoor spaces, pool, and hot tub. Lots of nice people stay here long term for the winter months. The apartment was older but well maintained.

Great location next to greenbelt

Unit worked great for us unfortunately the greenbelt and golf course were flooded while we were there. Also couldn't go to baseball games because of the COVID-19 virus. We look forward to returning next year under better circumstances. We returned home 2 days early because of the situation.

Nice and cool

Perfect place for what I needed. Cool, nicely decorated, good management and close to Old town Scottsdale. I was on the greenbelt, which I didn't know about ahead of time. Nice plus. Really polite people and I felt as if I totally refreshed there.

Absolutely great!

As noted above our stay was absolutely great. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. This property has everything you’d ever need for a short term or long term stay. Staff is wonderful! We will definitely go back!
