I've been a Florida resident for many years and have no desire to ever leave. The skies are bright and sunny most of the time.
Why they chose this property
We are located 1 block from the beach and have direct access. We are also 1 block from the Intracoastal waterway. We re also less than a mile from the recently renovated Pier and restaurants and shops.
What makes this property unique
We are a small complex, only 5 units on a large grassy lot. We have a backyard with a lounging area and a fenced pet playground. We are close enough to all activities, and yet when you are in residence, it is peaceful and quiet
