Welcome to Sea Salt Retreat, a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 Bath, totally renovated townhouse minutes from the beach. Amazing location. Luxury finishes. Fast WiFi. A quiet beach is a 3-minute walk (1.5 Blocks), and Publix grocery and shopping plaza are across the street. Restaurants, bars, shopping, and the Pier are a 10-minute walk—perfect split layout for groups or extended family.

As you enter, you are immediately calmed by the light-wood tile floors and chic beach vibe. The first bedroom, "Aqua Surf," is just past the foyer. It has a queen bed, TV, and private bath featuring a shower-tub combo. The door leads to a small tropical courtyard with a seating area and a barbecue grill.

The second level opens to the main living and kitchen area, with a white kitchen accented with brass and gleaming quartz countertops. The dining area seats up to 10. The living area with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, hanging chair, 60" television is the perfect spot to gather as a group or cozy up with a good book. This floor also has a 1/2 bath and a stacked washer and dryer for convenience.

The top level features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The door to the right leads to the "Chic" twin bedroom, which has a natural vibe with a grass-cloth wall and pops of color on the headboards. It is excellent for kids yet sophisticated enough for most adults, featuring a small balcony with a top door lock for safety, an oversized dresser, and a large TV. A dedicated full bathroom with a shower is immediately adjacent.

The master suite, "Waves," is decorated in blue and white with a retro feature wall. It features a king bed, a tall dresser, and a TV. The spa-like bathroom has a shower and stand-alone tub, white textured walls reminiscent of ocean waves, and blue glass tiles. "Waves" is a true luxury retreat.

Although the unit has one parking space, we do not use cars here. Sea Salt is a 30-minute/ Uber/Lyft from the Fort Lauderdale airport, and the entire area is very walkable, even offering a free trolley. The beach, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, and liquor store are within a 1.5-block radius. There is a park and playground within a few blocks, and you pass a friendly fire station along the way for those of you with young kids who may enjoy checking out the shiny red trucks! The town center is only a ten-minute walk, and you can find many fantastic restaurants, bars, live music, shopping, etc. It's all close by, from casual to upscale, the ocean to the Intercostal. Stroll along the Pier, grab breakfast, or spend a little time fishing. Lauderdale-By-The-Sea is a special place. Spend enough time here, and you may never want to leave!

"The Rental Agreement must be handwritten, signed, and sent to us, along with a copy of ID for each person (18 years old and up) who will stay in the house.

We do not accept reservations for Adults on behalf of their children.

Monthly rental: We require a Refundable Security Deposit of $450, in addition to the property damage protection provided by VRBO.

Propane: We supply only propane tanks. You must refill the tank if you want to use the BBQ grill.
