There were 15 family members of all ages in our group and we were there for a week. The many queen beds were appreciated by our tall teenagers and young adults. We could have used racks or hooks for towels and a place to put toiletries and clean clothes in the bathrooms! The kitchen was large and adequately supplied, though seating was a challenge for meals or games. Everyone loved the theater room, the pool, the kayaks with life vests and fishing gear. Grilling outside was easy with an extra large grill. Two washers and dryers made life easy. There were many activities at the house to keep eveyone happy. Our host was easily reached for questions, checking in and out was a breeze, and we appreciated not having a huge list of chores at checkout time. A great experience!

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
The only accuracy of the listing was the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. It appears that the property is just not well managed. The place was clean when we arrived but the property did not meet the standard of properties I have rented in the past, especially at this price. The yard was completely overgrown. If you are renting, you will expect not enough common space for the number of people you bring, not enough chairs, the Living room seating is old and inadequate, the kitchen supplies, skillets, sheet pans, and utensils are all limited for the number it should accommodate. Flatware is very poor quality, one old dirty sponge was left in the kitchen for use in the sink, and 2 extra trash bags for 4 days with a group of 11. If you are renting be sure you bring soaps, shampoos, salt and pepper and your blender (all of these items are always furnished in high-quality properties). The outside kitchen and refrigerator are nice and some games are supplied, but there are not enough chairs for the pool (one plastic chair broke down when a person sat in it), paddles are missing from the kayaks and the large floating pad for the lake was completely broken in half so we didn't even unroll it.
