First and most important, Josh the property manager was easy to contact and very responsive, so any issues we did have Josh resolved them quickly and to our satisfaction. The unit could have been cleaner upon arrival, needed more of a deeper dive clean than just surfaces. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly neighbors and we felt secure while walking the neighborhood with our dog. Supplies and kitchen were well stocked. We requested a blender and Josh supplied one quickly. Backyard was fenced in for the dog and had a nice deck to sit on. No landscaping in back yard and not much for a lawn, picker type of weeds growing up. The property had a combined washer and dryer and the functionalty and washing results were not the best, maybe it was the users? We lived the location and the layout of the house. We would consider 408 Forester again.
