We are adding 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, enlarging the living room, adding an office, enlarging bedrooms and adding a large sitting/party area at the rear hot tub deck. The renovation should be completed by mid-May, 2023).

Large, fabulously appointed multi-million dollar home in the private, gated North Bethany community of The Preserve. The Preserve is the most sought-after community in North Bethany and is the only community east of the highway that has its own pool and tennis court. The private beach is large, expansive and never crowded. The house was recently gutted and renovated with wood floors throughout, Subzero appliances, granite, and no expense was spared. The house is in a private cul-de-sac and you can walk directly to the beach and there is no need to cross the highway. The house is also a short 2 minute walk to the pool. The house is ideal for large family gatherings or multiple families vacationing together.

There are 4 king master bedrooms with kings and their own private baths. A king and queen room share a jack and Jill bathroom, but the bathroom door can be locked so that the 5rd king can have a private bath. One twin room also has its own private bathroom. Therefore, there can be are 7 master bedrooms with their own bathroom. The large living room area has 2 sitting areas. One of the sitting areas has 2 large sofas and 2 chairs, while the other sitting area has a table and 4 chairs. There is also another large den/get-away area with a TV on the 3rd floor.
