Our home is located on the ocean in prestigious North Bethany, this property has been completely renovated with granite countertops, stainless appliances, updated bathrooms and beautiful open greatroom/dining area and kitchen. Located in a safe gated community on the ocean with large sandy front yard and life guarded beach. This home is the perfect venue for playing or relaxing. You can watch your children play safely from the large oceanfront decks. We have board games and beach chairs for your guest experience. Walk on the side panoramic beaches on your way to the Bethany town center/Boardwalk and great restaurants.

There are a total of 7 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are on the first floor (one has a queen bed with its own bathroom. Other two bedrooms (king, and two twins share a jack and jill bathroom) and four are on the second floor including the master onsuite with sitting room and incredible ocean view with large deck. (One bedroom has a king with its own bathroom, one bedroom is a queen and other bedroom is a bunkroom that can sleep 6). Powder room and Laundry Room with washer and dryer are located on the first floor. Weber gas grill on main living area deck as well as (4) sun loungers, outdoor dining, and lounging.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful property. Spacious rooms, very good layout. Plenty of bedrooms (7) and bathrooms (6). Spectacular view from the master suite! The property was very clean and located in a nice, gated community. We stayed the last week of August, and the beach was not very crowded at all, which is a rare treat. The hosts were excellent, very good communications throughout the whole process, which made our stay stress-free! Would definitely return to this property and highly recommend to anyone considering a vacation in Bethany Beach.

This is a great property with incredible views of the ocean and a beach right out the back door. We had a group of 15 stay here and it was comfortable for all of us. Overall the house was clean and the whole trip was very enjoyable!

Our large, multi-generational group had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend stay at this beautiful home! The location is unbeatable in a quiet, private neighborhood, and the access to the beach was so convenient. There is plenty of space inside, the beds were super comfortable, and the house was pristinely clean! We are looking forward to returning here sometime soon!

This wonderful beachfront home served as the perfect setting for an Easter holiday with three generations of our family. A classic home, impeccably clean and detailed. Home-cooked cuisine is big for us, and the kitchen and dining areas flowed with ease. It was a perfect experience, and we hope to visit again in the near future.

The house is nice but needs some upgrades. All of the bedrooms could use room darkening shades, and bureaus as we hate living out of suitcases for the week. The kitchen is a little small, so it needs to be organized. You can see and hear the ocean from the second-floor deck, one of the best features of the house. The host was very responsive to our requests and both a new microwave was installed and the shower in the Jack and Jill bathroom repaired.

We appreciate the feedback. We have to rely on our guests to keep the kitchen organized and put things back in the proper areas. The summer rentals in Bethany Beach have a small cleaning window and need to be turned over quickly by our private cleaning staff. They don’t have time to organize drawers. The kitchen has 6 counter stools around the island and seats 12 at the kitchen dining area. All bedrooms have pull down roller shades. All bedrooms have built in shelves in the closets that take place of dressers. We have never had a complaint about any of these issues. We have 48 (5 star reviews) and work very hard to make sure the house is clean, comfortable and up to date for our guests.

Inside House clean and sofa comfortable but other chairs including table chairs not. 2 grills on front porch in poor conditioin although both worked. 1 rusted with white coating on knobs. I used gloves to use that grill. Outside shower area not clean or appealing to use. Shee/towels ordered but never delivered, took multople calls with no solution for hours! even tho not handled by owners, they should be more involved evaluationg services. Appears home not maintained well and as a result is not worth the high cost. would not use again as value not worth it. Owner responsive to our only call when router not connecting to internet and able to resolve remotely.

We are sorry that our home did not meet your expectations. We take a lot of pride in it. We enjoy opening it to people who hopefully appreciate it. We have been renting since 2020 and we have over 50 Five Star reviews. One of our two grills is replaced every rental season and unfortunately the salt air is very hard on them and we rely on people to keep them tidy. We do not supply sheets and towels and have no control. However, we could have tried to help if we knew you had trouble with linens. The decking is all brand new, brand new flooring, granite countertops, new Polywood furniture. The rental group prior to your stay left us 10/10 stars in their review and had wonderful things to say about our home. Thank you for acknowledging our responsiveness to your only call. You will not easily find owners who immediately respond to their guests needs.

Perfect for our family

We needed space for six adults, five kids, and our dog. The house at Ocean Village has comfortable living spaces and a well stocked kitchen. Everyone appreciated our close proximity to the beach and the view from the 2nd floor deck was beautiful. We plan to return for another stay in the near future.

Family Beach Week

Our family loves this beach house! It is very well maintained and very comfortable for a large group. You can tell that the owners care about the property and want their guests to have a good visit. We're looking forward to returning for a third year (2025).

Great Family Vacation

This was our third year at this house. The house is very cozy and comfortable and well maintained. There were 13 adults and we were very comfortable. The owners are very accessible if there's a problem and quick to resolve any issues. Our family loves this house and the community - we've already booked it for next year!

Amazing weekend getaway!

This Oceanside getaway was the perfect weekend escape for my friends and I! Brett and Michelle are accommodating hosts and provided seamless communication and care. The house comfortably slept all guests, the decks were perfect for lounging and eating, the kitchen was spacious, and beach chairs and toys were provided! We will absolutely be back!
