Arrived at night of check-in to find a flooded garage, plugged up drains in washing machine and kitchen sink, and a disgusting rotten fish smell. Did not stay and requested cancellation and refund which owner provided.
The kitchen sink was clogged with what I assume were fish guts. the smell was intense and I like fishing.
Washing Machine was clogged at the drain pipe but would constantly run rinse cycle and attempt to drain but flooded garage.

There were no pans in the kitchen big enough to make more than 1 pack of ramen noodles. We ended up going to Goodwill and buying pans to be able to cook for the 10 people that were there. The heat was set to cool on days that were a temp range below freezing, so the house was below 60 when we got up in the morning. The bedding in one of the rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the spare blankets were covered in animal fur. And the garage smelled like mold, and mildew.
