This private upstairs home sits directly on the beach and offers panoramic ocean views from the moment you walk in. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and thoughtful touches throughout, this is a quiet coastal escape designed for relaxing mornings, easy beach days, and peaceful evenings overlooking the water.

Wake up to the sound of waves, enjoy coffee on your private oceanfront deck, and follow the short path straight down to the sand. Everything about this space is meant to help you unwind and feel at home.

𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺
The master suite includes a king bed with fresh linens, nightstands, lamps, dresser, ceiling fan, and a stocked closet with hangers, luggage rack, clothes steamer, and laundry basket. The ensuite bathroom features a large walk-in shower, updated vanity, hair dryer, hand soap, makeup wipes, toilet paper, and a full set of towels.

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺
The second bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, dresser, lamps, ceiling fan, and French doors that open to a direct ocean view from the bed. The closet has hangers, a luggage rack, extra pillows, and a spare blanket.

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺
This bathroom has a modern walk-in shower and vanity, along with towels, hand soap, makeup wipes, toilet paper, and linens for the sleeper sofa. Please note that beach towels are not provided, so you will want to bring your own.

𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel cookware, cooking oil, plates, glasses, utensils, and both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker with filters. Dishwasher detergent, trash bags, dish soap, dish rags, dish towels, and paper towels are also provided.

𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺
The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, leather recliner, accent chair, coffee table, end table, lamps, large smart TV with cable, and high-speed WiFi. The dining table seats six, and there is a lounge chair placed in front of the large bay windows overlooking the ocean.

𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝘆
Down the spiral staircase is shared access to the washer and dryer, as well as basic cleaning supplies and an iron and ironing board.

𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲
Your private upstairs deck offers sweeping oceanfront views, a large dining table for six, and plenty of room to relax. A Weber charcoal grill is provided and charcoal is included. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and kids’ sand toys are available so you can enjoy the beach without packing extra gear. After a day on the sand, rinse off using the outdoor shower on the beach deck.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆
Flagler Beach House contains two completely separate vacation rentals. Unit A (Upstairs) is this two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with its own private entrance, parking, outdoor spaces, and HVAC. Unit B (Downstairs) is a separate listing with its own layout and amenities. The only shared space is the garage for laundry.
