● Check-in: After 3:00 PM
● Check-out: By 11:00 AM (Late check-outs may result in fees or removal.)
● Use the Google Maps link and directions provided inside your guest portal for accurate navigation. Other apps may cause delays or misrouting.
● Only the primary guest may hold keys or access codes—do not share or duplicate them.
🤫 Conduct & Respect
● Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect your neighbors.
● No parties or unregistered guests. Let us know in advance if you’re expecting visitors.
● No smoking or vaping indoors. A fine of up to $200 USD applies if violated.
● Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing before your stay.

● Please don’t move furniture—keep everything in place.
● Avoid using white towels for makeup removal. Stains from makeup, wine, coffee, etc. may result in replacement fees.

➡️ DIRECTIONS TO XALET TULUM
Whether you're arriving from Cancun International Airport or the new Tulum International Airport, follow the steps below to reach your unit easily and without confusion:
✈️ From Cancun International Airport (CUN)
1. Exit the Airport Toward Highway 307
After picking up your rental car or shuttle, follow signs for Carretera Cancun–Tulum (Highway 307) heading south.
2. Drive South on Highway 307
Continue for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours (about 120 km / 75 miles), depending on traffic.
You’ll pass Playa del Carmen and a few smaller towns.
3. Approach Tulum
As you enter Tulum, look for a large intersection with a Super Aki supermarket on the corner.
Turn left onto Avenida Coba.
4. Continue on Avenida Coba
Drive approximately 1km along Avenida Coba.
