A back deck with a patio table and additional seating offers a more private spot to unwind.
KITCHENS & AMENITIES: Both kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

GUEST ACCESS: Guests will have exclusive and private access to both homes on the property. This includes all interior spaces, as well as the private outdoor spaces associated with each residence: the oceanview front patio, the oceanview front balcony, and the back deck.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Beachview Bundle: By booking this combined listing, you're eligible to receive our exclusive complimentary package upon request, which includes upgraded beach accessories (umbrella, chairs, cooler, and cart) and the potential for early check-in and late check-out, based on availability.
No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided throughout for your comfort.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Laundry: A coin-operated washer and dryer are in the laundry room alongside the side walkway. Guests must bring their own supplies and quarters.
Parking: Four designated spaces, three covered carport spaces, and one uncovered carport space along the left-hand exterior wall of the garage. General street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
