apartamento conforme fotos condomínio perfeito

o proprietário nao esclareceu que em um dos quartos o ar condicionado estava estragado. O anúncio descrevia como perfeito. A cozinha tem pouquissimas panelas. Faltam pratos e talheres para atender ao número possivel de hóspedes. Não oferece travesseiros. E não consta isso no anúncio. Enfim, o imóvel é bom, mas não gostei da negociação, porque me senti lesada por falta de esclarecimentos.

O imóvel tá aprovado é bom, um dos quartos o ar não está funcionando, fora isso atende as expectativas de tivesse mais um banheiro seria perfeito, já outras opções do prédio como academia e área da churrasqueira da cobertura ficou devendo.
